Delivery

Delivery is made under normal circumstance within 48hrs of receiving full payment for an order. ie. if you pay for goods by cheque items will not be sent until the funds have cleared our bank accounts. We only deliver to verified addresses, and insist on a signature on delivery. If this is not possible please read our further terms below.

Please use the contact us form with your order and country you want to delivered to and we can send you an Paypal invoice, which once paid we can dispatch your order..

Delivery Terms

Please put any additional delivery instructions (ie, 'Please leave at number 56 if no reply') in the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS box at time of placing order. If you need to have you parcel re-directed to a different delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched (ie to your workplace, due to you realizing that there will be nobody in to receive the parcel), We are charged by the couriers for this service (£10.96+VAT as they have to book a new job) and must pass this charge on to you the customer. The courier will follow any instruction ie 'Leave in dog kennel if out' but you should be aware that if Couriers are instructed to leave any goods without signature, they will do so, but neither Couriers nor ourselves will accept any liability for goods stolen after being left without a signature. You should only give these instructions if you are absolutely confident that the goods will remain safe.
Liability If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (e.g. by email) at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition our only obligation will be, at your option:-
a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery,
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
