Lift Her

Helping women rise – on and off the pole.

Lift Her is a community-driven initiative offering free pole and aerial fitness classes to women and individuals in need — including those facing hardship, trauma, or financial barriers.

We believe in the healing power of movement, the strength of sisterhood, and the right to feel empowered — no matter your circumstances. Through strength, stillness, and support, we rise together.

Giving Back With Purpose

 

We proudly give back 25% of our time by offering free community pole and aerial sessions.

 

These sessions are designed for women rebuilding after:

  • Postnatal depression or anxiety

  • Eating disorders

  • Emotional or domestic abuse

  • Life-altering events or financial hardship

This is a non-judgemental, supportive space to gently reconnect with your body, rebuild confidence, and feel part of a community.

  • Because every woman deserves a space to rise — without shame, pressure, or fear.

  • Lift Her exists to hold space for women reclaiming their power — one class at a time.

FAQs

Do I need experience?
Not at all — these sessions are designed for absolute beginners.

What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing.

We’ll guide you on what to bring.

Is it really free?
Yes. These sessions are fully funded by the studio’s time and values.

What We Offer

  • One free group class per month (or fortnight, depending on availability)

  • Optional private 1:1 session (limited to one per person per month)

  • Intro to Lift Her – a gentle welcome session to meet the instructor, explore the space, and ask questions in a relaxed, no-pressure setting

  • Small, supportive group settings (maximum of 4–8 participants)

  • No expectations — just gentle movement, encouragement, and learning at your own pace

  • Private, welcoming studio with on-site parking

  • Flexible scheduling: Group sessions are usually held on weekends or weekday mornings. Times may vary slightly each month due to studio and family commitments. We’ll contact you directly with available session times — schedules are kept private for flexibility and comfort.

Hi, I’m Samilou — the heart behind Lift Her. I’m a pole instructor, a creative soul, and a homeschooling mum of three.

I started Lift Her because I know how much women carry, and how little space we’re often given to heal and grow. This project is a way to offer that space — private, supportive, and real.

Between raising my kids and running a studio, life is full — but I believe in making time for what matters. And for me, that’s helping women feel strong, seen, and supported.
