New to Pole? This class is for you! In this beginner pole dance class, learn the basics of pole tricks, climbing and inversions. Increase your strength and flexibility and endurance in no time! Build confidence and coordination, as we explore movement on the pole and on the floor.
Mixed Pole Ability
Build on your pole knowledge, learning the basics of pole mechanics, climbing and inversions and build confidence and coordination. Increase your strength, active flexibility and endurance in combinations of movement on the pole and floor.
In this class your be taking combinations aerially and introducing the concept of rotations, inverted tricks and aerial sequences. Learn how to perfect your entries and exits on the pole.
Perfect your entries and exits on the pole, explore the movement, unlocking those nemesis pole tricks. From various deadlifts and levers, to pole power moves, grip changes, rotations and dynamics! Test your endurance with longer combinations and watch your pole fitness increase.
Unleash your inner goddess, indulge in accents, learn pole base work and floor sequences for a great cardio and confidence boosting workout.
