Pole

Entry Level / Inter

New to Pole? This class is for you! In this beginner pole dance class, learn the basics of pole tricks, climbing and inversions. Increase your strength and flexibility and endurance in no time! Build confidence and coordination, as we explore movement on the pole and on the floor. Intermediate level will tackle combinations to build endurance and will start taking tricks aerially!

All Levels

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to elite. 

Working on static or spin, tricks, combinations and rotations. Inverted tricks and aerial sequences.  Increase your strength, flexibility and endurance in no time! Build confidence and coordination, as we explore movement on the pole and on the floor.  

Inter / Adv

In this class your be taking combinations aerially and introducing the concept of rotations, inverted tricks and aerial sequences. Learn how to perfect your entries and exits on the pole.

Adv / Elite

Perfect your entries and exits on the pole, explore the movement, unlocking those nemesis pole tricks. From various deadlifts and levers, to pole power moves, grip changes, rotations and dynamics!  Test your endurance with longer combinations and watch your pole fitness increase.

Pole Flow

Unleash your inner goddess, indulge in accents, learn pole base work and floor sequences for a great cardio and confidence boosting workout.

Dancing in heels is the ultimate superpower!

Private Sessions

Book private 1:1 sessions or grab your friends for a group private lesson! Work on static or spin pole tricks, pole competition coaching, hoop, fly pole, Acro, pole silks / straps and much more! Your be guided every step of the way.

Hoop

Entry Level / Inter

New to Hoop? In this beginner hoop class, learn the basics of hoop tricks, mounts and inversions. Increase your strength and flexibility and endurance in no time! Build confidence and coordination, as we explore flow. Intermediate level students will start learning longer combinations.

All Levels

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to Advanced. Working on entries and exits on the hoop, explore the movement and build confidence and coordination. Increase your strength, active flexibility and endurance in combinations of movement on the hoop.

Inter / Adv

Learn how to perfect your entries and exits on the hoop, explore the movement. Test your endurance with longer combinations and watch your hoop fitness skyrocket.

Stretch & More

Online Stretch Class

Gain mobility, strength and control in our flexibility classes, Stretch Splits, Shoulders & Back. Whether you're a beginner or at an advanced level, these classes are a must for every pole and aerial hoop dancer.

Open Practice

Unsupervised practice time in studio, only 1 to a pole.

Pole Jam

In studio & online. You will be guided through a warm up and then the floor is yours. You can work on what ever you would like, ask for some help or even head over into a breakout room if you want to train in a pair or small group.
