Class Bookings
Booking subject to availability. Once confirmed please make sure you understand our Cancellation Policy.

Group Classes / Private Lessons
You can change day/time of your session as long as its 8 hours, before the class starts and within the days of your deal or you will forfeit it if you can’t make it.
There are NO refunds for Samilou’s Studio classes, private lessons, parties, workshops, personal training and photoshoots. If you are more than 20 mins late for a session you will forfeit that session unless agreed by your Instructor / coach / trainer.
Payment is still due. NO exceptions. Please make sure you understand the cancellation policy. There are NO refunds.
Courses
You can transfer 1 week before your start date to the following month.
Due to these being a set course you can NOT change the day/time of your session, you will loose it if you can’t make it.
In case of a missed class due to sickness, we understand that life happens. We'll make every effort to accommodate you by moving you to another group within the same week. Please note that this is subject to availability, and while we'll do our best, it may not always be possible.
Samilou Online Platform
Samilou Online is an on-demand, video tutorial Platform. You can do the tutorials at your own pace, pause them and rewatch or revisit parts later. When you join you can access the videos for as long as your plan is active.
You can cancel your plan anytime.
Just visit the website and log in using the 'log in' button in the menu. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your profile and manage your account, payments and plans is in your profile.
If you joined on a promotion or with a 7 day free trial, your plan payments will start once that trial has finished.
Please make sure you understand the cancellation policy. There are NO refunds.
Shape Shift Sistas
Online coaching has a non-refundable joining fee.
Once paid there are NO refunds, for any of the training plans.
When you join you can access your programs and all information within 12 hours.
You can cancel your plan anytime.
