Is there parking available? We have a large driveway that we encourage you to use. Please feel free to block others in when parking but please use the space most effectively. The studio is in a residential area and using our drive means less impact on our neighbours. Should you need to park on the road please park outside our property or park on the corner opposite the fencing/verges on Beech Ave or Hurn Way to keep cars to a minimum outside our neighbours' houses. This is then a 2-minute walk to the studio. Please do not park outside our neighbours’ houses, thank you.

What should I wear & is there anywhere to change?Jewellery and watches need to be taken off, we also recommend bare feet as this gives you the best grip. Please avoid moisturising before classes. Pole Vest tops and shorts work best although on your first session you are welcome to wear leggings. (Heels can be worn in private sessions on request and during certain classes as advertised.) Aerial Hoop Try to avoid loose fitting clothing. Cover your arms, knees and your midriff. Personal Training Any clothes suitable for gym training and trainers. We do not have any dedicated changing rooms but we do have a toilet.

I have never done anything like this before - is this for me? Do you have to be strong?Everyone is a beginner at some point! Pole and aerial fitness is hard. But give it time and you'll develop strength muscles you never knew you had. We recommend coming down and giving it a go, most classes are open to all levels and no experience is necessary. You'll be addicted and with our support network we'll help you with self love and self confidence.
