Beginners Welcome - Only 1 to a pole for a great cardio workout! Dancing in heels is the ultimate superpower! (Heels are NOT 100% required!) Unleash your inner goddess, indulge in accents, learn pole base work and floor sequences for a great cardio and confidence boosting workout. You will learn how to link moves and transitions together. Don't worry if you don't have a dance back ground you will learn the technique and style. Heels MUST be POLE DANCE APPROVED HEELS and not what you would wear on a Saturday night. I recommend Pleasers, Hella Heels or CheBoots. If you have glitter, crystals, gems, spikes or any other raised surface on your heels you MUST wear Shoe Socks so they don't scratch and damage the studio poles or flooring. Please also bring knee pads. We recommend ones that can be used on the pole and are grippy.

Cancellation Policy

There are No refunds. You can change day/time of your class as long as its 8 hours before the class starts and within the days of your deal or you will loose it if you can’t make it. There are NO refunds for Samilou’s Studio classes, courses, private’s, parties or workshops. You cannot offer out or re-sell your ticket. If you cant make a class within the cancellation time frame please cancel your ticket online, you will loose it but it will go back into the system and anyone on the waiting list will receive an email announcing new slot. If you are more than 20 mins late for a session you will forfeit that session unless agreed by your Instructor / coach / trainer. Payment is still due. NO exceptions. Please make sure you understand the cancellation policy. There are NO refunds.
