This plan is for all the Sistas out there who want to hit the gym, to work towards body sculpt, feel good and enjoy a great workout. But just don't know what to do or where to start.

This is great if....

A new programme gets uploaded every 4 weeks by me using my very own techniques and favourites.

Your also be added into our closed FB group for team members to support each other, share progress and ask any questions.

Please make sure you login and download your new plan every 4 weeks.

You do need to know your way around a gym and have some basic gym knowledge, that's where I'm here to help and guild you.
